i have heard of slp fitment problems. the hood rubs against the lid, scrapes it up. nothing functional, but their are other lids that flow the same and at the same price range. get a different one imo.

My Blackwing doesn't rub... My SLP lid did hit on my 98 Z though.

You can pick up a used lid for a decent price in the for sale section though.
