Got Bored from slp lm1 !! well
LT's + LMI = HEADACHE !
Anyone changed from LM1 to something sounds better ?
LM1 is pain in the *** when cruising for a long time.. !!
what's the best catback to go with ? something that is badass !! not loud *** !! lol

compared to stock...yes
compared to the LM1....not so bad.
i ran a dynomouth setup on my cammed/LT/catless setup and it was very tame around town.
summit sells a 24" bullet that gives a bit more muffling than the short dynomax bullets. or run 2 dynomax bullets in a row.

on my old 00 Z28 i ran hooker LT + ORY + LM and it was definitely crazy loud.
now i have an 02 Z28 with pacesetter LT + ORY + magnaflow and it does sound alot better.. im cammed as well. but its not loud to me at all. ive actually been thinking bout switching back to a loudmouth. but i remember how unbearable it was to drive with it..but i did love the loudmouth at WOT!!!!!

GMMG. I've ridden in a car with a LM1 (without headers/ory) and it had more drone then my LT/ORY/GMMG.
The GMMG has a loud idle and loud as HELL WOT. But cruising it really isn't all that bad.

well i don't think it could get any louder with another cat-back so if you're looking to quiet it down you can't do anything but improve. i'm currently running a LM1 on a 402 car and its stupid loud. magnaflow was recommended to me by a sponsor to quiet it down. if you do like it loud at times i would look into a cut-out too.

I ended up having the LM1 after the axle where it splits up cut off... put a magnaflow in it's place... I kept the LM resonator in the I-pipe though...

If it wasn't for the rasp and being so loud, I would have kept the corsa muffler. I am glad I have the slp dual/dual because once heads and cam go on, the corsa would have been WAY too loud, but more importantly, way too raspy as well.

I have the quad tip magnaflow system with corsa tips IMO its the best of both worlds it has a really good tame sound
I didn't really like the big magnaflow tips, now I am really happy with the corsa tips on the magnaflow
