Custom Y Pipes
#6
Well since they are custom they are made to fit the car like a glove.
My y pipe in that pic was made for Pacesetter headers. If you notice it has no flat spot. It also does not bend down to clear that brace in the floor of the car because that brace was cut out to clear the pipe.
If Im building one for another car that still has the brace I usually ovalize the pipe in that spot.

I also initially had a TSP ORY. I didnt like the merge on the pipe, so I had a shop custom fit a flowmaster merge on there. I now love my y-pipe. Unfortunatly i dont have any pics to show u but here is a pic of the merge:

I don't have a Y pipe, I've got true duals. They're not on the car yet, and I'm not about to go to the garage to take pics, I literally just got my wisdom teeth pulled like an hour ago lol.

here is mine, terrible angle, but we are all not blessed with a lift
the merge is also gay, almost a 90* angle, but i like the cutouts, it was meant to be a temporay thing until i made some TD's. and ill still be first in line when LPP comes out with a stainless steel H
