No need to make 2 threads asking the same thing.

This just isn't a great question - to get a good answer, you'd need to have one person that has installed both. My Kooks install was a breeze, but I've never installed a set of ARH headers.

ARH's were extremely easy. Fitment and quality was second to none...but also the only set of headers I've installed.

Both install very easy. With the kooks you have to get the car higher to get the drivers side in.

I don't think you can go wrong either way. I'll be installing my AR headers in the coming months, and every write-up I've seen on them has shown it to be a good fitting piece that is fairly easy to install. The same can be said about Kooks. I went with AR for the new merge collectors, and they were on sale.

Being a Kooks owner myself..I would go with ARH. It looks like they used a cheaper stainless steel on my Kooks headers..They deffinantly dont look like the same material that was posted above..Surface rust on whats supposed to be a quality staintless steel header sucks.
