I think they used as much of the pacesetter Y as they could. Here's a pic of the original pacesetter design.

I never noticed it, but you're right! It is a freakin 90° bend... 45° would have been a better choice. There must have been some reason to do that...

My next exhaust will be some custom true duals. This whole setup of mine, minus the headers, will most likely find itself in the forsale section one day.

Does anyone have a pic of the 3in/4out flowmaster merge with a cutout on the car?

I picked up a merge from summit a few weeks ago. I can't decide if its going to be worth to have a 4inch electric cutout or not. I have the SLP dual/dual muff which is suppose to flow pretty good.

I have seen some people pick up a bunch from a cutout and others maybe 5 hp. I am hoping to have around 430 at the tires when I am done.

Damn, that's exactly what I was looking for. How is the ground clearance with it?

Thank you for the pic!

Ground Clearance isn't bad, I scrape the turndown on the cutout some times and while going in and out of my driveway but it's no big deal.

Stock front and rear. My Drive way is terrible it has a huge drop off at the end and if I don't take a odd angle in & out the exhaust will let you know you didn't!

Idle sound clip

Was that sound clip with cutout open or closed? It looks like you have a spintech muff out back?

I love your wheel/tire combo. The backs are deep!

i would say it flows pretty good. The best thing about it is the fitment. Its almost impossible to beat a custom piece in that department. No bangin on the floorboard and this y pipe had NEVER scraped on ANYTHING.

Do you have a sound clip of your setup? I've always wondered what that muffler would sound like in that location.

Thanks! That clip was with the Cutout closed and through the Spintech. If you look on youtube there is a clip with the cutout open as well.

sure dont man. Its loud though! Kind of hard to describe the sound. Its almost kind of raspy but not realyl and it screams in the higher rpm ranges.

How much power can you push with a dual 3in/4out back to single 3in? I know the EPS baby cam thread the guy had 430 at the tires. Which I am hopeful I will have with ported heads.

I am trying to figure out if it's going to be worth the money to put in a 4in cutout.

If this has been asked before I apologize.
