That's a sexy exhaust there.

So 10rwhp through the SLP muff. Not bad on a 500rwhp motor with single exhaust.

The FM merge is that crappy Aluminized Steel -- too bad a 304 stainless version is unavailable...

But to be honest why go thru all the trouble and do what i said above, when you can make custom 3" Y using the Flowmaster merge for less? That is what i did...

I had no idea that pipe was crushed that much until I dropped the tank last night. Holy crap.

I went with the flowmaster merge, 3 in/4 out AND bought a 4 inch cutout. The cutout will probably be more for open header sound than power gains. I will get some pics after I get it done.

Truly. That Y-pipe is a really nice piece of work. I had a similar one built this spring using my old XS stainless Y tubing into a 3/3.5" FM merge. But it hangs really low and the bends are really sharp going into the merge. No comparison to yours. But I did pick up .06 with it first time out over my previous 2.5/3" catted Y.

Here's a hooker LS1 y-pipe merge. Not bad for a $300+ stainless piece.

Sarcasm is hard to detect on message boards
I have a custom y-pipe with a magnaflow 3" in 3" out merge on my car. 2 180 degree stainless bends and 1 magnaflow y-merge were enough to make a custom stainless y-pipe for my car. Hard to get a good pic since its just up on ramps right now.

Same here but the outlet on that Y-pipe is 2.5". FTL!

I will end up cutting that off eventually and putting a 3" piece in its place. TSP, take note.
