Default FAST 92 intake top shell question?

Can you just change out the top and inner shell on a FAST 92 onto a 78 bottom like the 90's?

I found a 92 top & inner shell for a good deal. Just wanted to know if they would work on my 78?

I think the top shell is the only thing thats different between a 78mm and a 90mm. They do have different revisions though through the years and 78s havent been made for a while.

Call them and ask?

That's what I'll probably do. I knew they made some upgrades to the MAP sensor location, but that will not affect the bottom shell fitting.

i think it will work fine...the molds will be the same...the only thing different is the top shell...just makes sense that FAST would have 4 molds instead of 6...
