I am almost 99% sure it won't. I have the hooker on mine and can't see how they could hook up to a CME w/o hurting the flow

the muffler is pretty dam big, and exhaust pipes would have to make about a 45 degree or more bend to get it to the middle- hence hurting power. I could be wrong though. I will be under my car tomorrow and will take a look

you would still need a 90 degree bend to make it fit. what is the dimension between the pipes? I will measure my muffler tomorrow for ya if you want me too.

it'll work. i have an ss with a cme and a z28 with a hooker muffler and stock tail pipes.
Both measure 3' between the pipes. Get someone who can bend a pipe into a 90 and it can be made to work. That cme pic you have needs a 90 bent on two sides.
To someone who knows what they're doing it's considered very easy.

I got your pm, can't do that, sorry.

All you need looking at the cme pics and assuming you have a muffler installed, is two pieces of pipe bent at 90* to connect the cme to the muffler. My cme came with them. With the hooker muffler you may need these parts custom made anyway.

Maybe you can get a better idea with the pics.

i have the 2 90 degree bends that connet to the tips my question was does the hooker line up with the cme tips and the 90 degree bends or do you have to mod the pipes coming out the hooker some kind of way

It'll work, I wouldn't expect it to slide together without modification.
I measured both mufflers, they are within 1/2" in outlet width, I measured but couldn't get a good pic, I tried, not having the best of days otherwise either.

If the muffler widths are that close then why cant you just cut part of the hooker tailpipes off and weld then to the cme pipes. I dont see where the 90* bends are needed.

You are an idiot! I have the CME on my Hooker exhuast. The factory CME has the tailpipes bend at a 90 degree angle toward the center of the car, where the CME tips are. The cat-back tailpipes (OEM and aftermarket) are at the same locations. All you need to do is trim the tailpipes a bit under the rear bumper to avoid having the CME tips hanging out past the bumper. Any exhaust will work with a CME!
