LS6 Intake

what kind of horsepower gain will you get from a stock ls1 to the ls6 and which would be the best brand.

the only brand ls6 intake is gm. they made it.

and your looking at 10-15 hp

10-12 with a ls6 cam an heads pkg but on a stock ls1 its more like 7-10

thanks I won't to get some more horsepower but I don't really won't to go into the motor (cam, heads). So I guess I'm looking for the best bang for the buck.

Under drive pulley, electric water pump,headers ,and ls6 Heads you can't go wrong.

try an BBK SSI intake..flows better than LS6 and not much more expensive

underdrive pulley replaces the crank pulley, and its smaller, so it spins the accessories (alt, ps, ac) slower, which reduces the parasitic loss on the engine.

they are not huge power mods...maybe 5-7hp...but they do seem to increase the throttle response and rev-up speed
