You could go with 3:42's..In that case just buy a used M6 rear end. I have 3:73's in my A4 TA.. Don't go any higher..If you get some decent exhaust,it will just scream down the highway and you will be around 3000 rpms the whole time..It would suck..

4.10's id dumb in an auto unless its just for the track and you are completely worked. 3.73's is the way to go hands down

3.90s give me a great seat of the pants. did the gears before the stall and shaved half a second going from 3.23s.

Procharged car........Stock gears. 3.42's out of an M6 car at most. 3.73's in an auto are great for a H/C car or stock car. With that kind of power, you will run out of gear in the 1/4 and probably just blow the tires off it on the street.

To be honest I have never even taken it to the track, with the reason being the rear end. I rely on this car too much to get me to work to trust the rear end to one good hook-up. So, may I say this again: If you spend $500 now on gears, you'll now be the proud owner of a polished that will most likely. If you plan on abusing the rear end I cant stress enough the importance of saving the $500 and applying that toward a stronger rear end. I'd love to take mine to the track, but my diff is dangling by a thread as it is.
