Default manifold ORY pipe?

doing a home grown sts type build on my 408cui.. motor is around 10:1, PRC 2.5 5.3's, and a 228/228 115 cam... I'm looking for a an off road y pipe that will fit the stock manifolds.. I could have sworn MAC made one but I just cant find one... and I dont want to just gut the cats.. just a little too ghetto for my taste.. I know the cats would probably help spool with all the added heat but.. I'm picky..

yall know of a good ORY for the stockers?

Trouble with that is finding the right shop, at least around me. I was trying to find a shop to pull off my ory and expand it so I can install my new cat back but no one will touch the car without cats So I have to pull it off myself and do it which isn't a problem other than I need it done quick. And I wouldn't trust just any shop to fab up a custom piece without the car there.

Here's what your looking for...

http://www.ws6project.com/user_stor/...oducts_id=1098

But it only works for 98-99 manifolds, not sure which year your using.

My bassani ORY bolted up perfect to stock 3" IP, only problem is when I added Drive Shaft loop, I had to wedge an exhaust hanger strap between the two. Have had bassani ORY on for over 6 years, when I decide on a cam I will get LT's.

SLP Y works with the stock cats. Mufflex makes cat
bypass tubes. If you are patient you can find both,
used.

The cats will NOT help the spooling, they will hurt it, and they might break up and go through the turbo one day as well.

That's a lot of cubes for a turbo motor, better have a big turbo to go with it.
