So I got the driver side done.. now im doing the passenger side and I gotta a little problem....My question is:

1) Can I change the motor mount one this side without having to disconnect the A/C Lines to the compressor? Can I just unbolt the bracket push it foward a little without having to break the system??

Yes, you can just unbolt the bracket and push it forward without disconnecting the lines. It's a royal pain though. Take your time, you'll get it done

I agree 100%. If you want a detailed thread of removal and reinstallation, this one here is really good. Good luck.

Yeah just slide the ac compressor forward. I removed the starter also on that side for more room.

Cuz I have mine in but there's that little gap and I called poly and they said they didn't know if there should be a gap or sit flush with the clamshells??? Anyone know??? I can take pics if you need them..

If you would post a picture that would be wonderful. I'm not really sure what "gap" you should have. By the sound of it, I don't think it should be there. Like a said, if you post a pic, then we could get a good look at it.

if you look at the pic you can see one side of the mount sits flush and the other is almost all the way in..!! Do I just need to press it in more?? So the other side can sit flush..

If you have the headers off do you still need to remove all the A/C stuff?

Once you bolt the clamshell back together, it will seat the mount in the bracket perfectly.

Yeah, you should. Its much easier with the A/C outta the way to get to the clamshell bolts as well as reinstalling the long motor mount bolt.

Agreed. When I did mine, I tightened the bolts corner to corner a little at a time. That way you sorta allow the bushing to gradually work into place. Maybe overkill, but it worked pretty well for me.
