Leaking collector, how to fix?
I noticed that one of my headers seems to be leaking. I can feel air pumping out if i put my hand near the collector. what are my options? I thought about just jamming some jbweld in the area but what else can be done?

my friend had a similar problem, he put some sort of heat sleeve over where the header slip fits to his True duals then put the band clamp ontop of that to get a better seal, he said it fixed it.

Good tip but i mean the collector itself is leaking, one of the welds where the 4 pipes come together probably broke or rusted out. I dont think it is big but i can def smell and feel it.

I just recently did this repair in my QTP longtubes. 3 of the 4 primary tubes were welded only 180 degrees. I used a brazing rod and an oxy./ceta. torch. You might possibly try and weld them from inside the collector and use a MIG.
What kind of headers are they? If they are steel headers, I wouldn't even waist my time.
