Is this the kit we need ? http://www.currymotors.gmmotors.com/...701LS1LS6.aspx or do we need 6.0 headgaskets.
GM Headgaskets unless you want to bump compression then go w/ cometics. GM gaskets are about $25 whereas cometics are $140

I was told to get this pushrods . http://www.slponline.com/view_product.asp?P=53107 is this what you recommend and stock 98 head gaskets ? I was told to get ls7 lifters pn 28-12499225 do you know anything about that ?

Not sure if you need 7.400 or 7.425" pushrods - someone else can correct me if I'm wrong but I think you can "upgrade" to the '02+ GM multi-layer steel headgaskets (LS1/LS6) instead of the older style head gaskets. The LS7 lifters are a good idea too especially if you've got some miles on the car. I had 30K on my stock lifters when I did the H/C and just kept my stock ones.
