Help me decide about Td's please
I wanted a more traditional muscle car sound. You know: Nice deep rumble.
I wound up getting a custom dual set-up. I went with an H-pipe (for the sound), magna flow high flow cats, and Flowmaster single chambers 10 series (for the sound) and had it go over the axle and out the back.
The sound I got out of that set-up is AWESOME!!! I don't have pics or a sound clip right now (I'm currently in Iraq) but the best way I can describe it is: It's very mild around town. Not loud but the cars next to you at a light can FEEL it. But once you open her up it's like a pissed off demon. (my wife said she has heard me almost a mile away when I went WOT)lol
Like I said, I went H-pipe and flowmaster because I was looking for a certain sound and I was lucky enough to get it on the first try.
Get the TD's, you won't regret it. I've had mine for four years now and the sound STILL makes me smile everytime I start her up!

But I still wouldn't have them any other way.
Heres a video.

Prolly will sound a lot like this:

and it made driving it more enjoyable. Put together a system from some of the sponsors here and get a cut-out(s), best of both worlds. Again Good, just one opinion. Good Luck I refuse to believe there is no muffler for you f-body guys that flows well and isn't so damn loud. Everyone seems to run 3" exhaust with bullets or single chambers so that's why it's obnoxious loud...has to be something else that will fit.
I don't care for the LM sound at all anyway. I can tell you my friend's loudmouth is over twice as loud as my car.

3" high flow magnaflows
3" summit X
2.5" powersticks
over the axle out back
scrapes a little once in a while
Sound is perfect (stock car though w/ LTs)
Cam, and dumped would be too loud for me.
Out the back, and I bet it would be great with the cam.
