Okay car is being funny. Injectors are spraying fuel but now no spark. Earlier I seen a huge spark out of one wire. Unplugged I can hear arching from the wires. Replaced the cranks sensor and same issue. I'm not sure what to do. All parts have power.

Process of elimination. One cylinder, one bank, both banks? You can monitor the cranks sensor output. It's AC. Use a low current clamp on probe. Is the reference voltage present at the CKP sensor connector. Can you detect spark at any cylinder, at Bank 1, at Bank 2. What is in common? ECM output triggered by CKP to coil packs. Do you have input to coil packs from ECM while cranking?

Our cars have notorious relay problems. Swap the ign relays.

Did you disable VATS in the new PCM?

No I didnt but not sure that will cause it not to start if I have fuel and spark. If theres a way to tell the resistor needed then Ill do it but I was told its in the BCM not the PCM and the BCM is the same one from my 98 and im using the same key from my 98 so theres no possible way its the vats unless vats is in the PCM.

Yeah, I just remember when I had a similar problem in my old car. Fuel pump would come on etc, just no fire. Turned out to be in the ign cylinder. Vats has to be linked to the PCM or else you wouldn't be able to turn it off with HP or EFILive.

Ok guys found the issue, no thanks to the guy who sold me the motor. I did a compression test and was getting about 30 in ea cylinder, some about 15 and I decided to tighten the head bolts alittle more and put some oil in the cylinders. The cylinder I did it to shot up to 140 which is the normal. I believe it is the heads/head gaskets, not the rings. The engine only has 30k and the guy informed me it was a warranty pull out for blown head gasket so probably they didnt fix it as they should or the heads were removed when it was out of the car and never had gaskets replaced.

Thanks for all the help.

I'd double check all the plugs that you tested for spark, after you fix the compression problem. This time check them with a spark tester, looks like a fake plug. The problem with letting them arc out is you can easily fry a coil.

Im not stupid enough to run it like this, its getting new head gaskets and head bolts. The guy mustlve pulled the heads and didnt tell me about it. Short painful life is kinda exaggerated.
