I'm very pleased with my hookers. If you want the ultimate stainless header ide go with qtp's if you can afford it.

I think everybody here wee tell you to run from the slps, becuase people are getting more power from every other brand of header. Macs are midlenght headers and I have heard few bad things about them. For the best header I would agree with qtps if you afford them with out a 2nd morgage. I just bought some pacesetters, because for 500 shipped to my door coated with a y pipe I cant beat it and for the 5-10 hp less then Id get out of the qtps I have another $700 to make up for it in other areas. Kooks headers are also another stainless header alternitive.

best headers is like askin the best color on the car lol so many people prefer different headers for different set ups from what i have learned here in a year. everyone seems to be leaning towards qtp's now but they are a lot. i have pacesetters on the way and like said above i can take tht extra money i saved and put it into something else. isnt that enough money for juice

probably the best on the market are the Kooks. with QTP's as a close second. Remember you get what you pay for. Everyones car is different and will react differently with different headers. I know some people picking up major gains from switching from SLP's to Kooks but the reverse is true too, good luck with your decision

Best bang for the buck would have to be pacesetters, Best Header I would say a tie b/t Kooks,QTP,FLP and PPC. Good Luck

Is there a web link to see the pacesetters you got? 500 sounds pretty sweet for headers and a y-pipe!
