Sounds great at idle and WOT, its $300, basically straight pipe so it makes good power, some drone at around 2000rpms when cruising, but not that bad, some say it sounds like a truck but I think it is great. Also might want to consider duals, and all the catbacks except crapmaster are good, so basically I would say get the one that you like the sound of the best.

I think its one of the best things you can do to your LS1 when in fairly stock form / bolt-on's. Once you get into doing headers and cam it starts to get a little but loud.

Once I did my Vig 3200 the LM started to get louder just because I'm always driving in the 2000+ RPM range to get the car moving.

I'm wondering how its gonna work with my stall converter and headers, but I am looking forward to it

I haven't thought twice about the LM since I put in on. I was a bit skeptical since I hear about how loud it is, but I am glad I went with it.

I absolutely love mine! I get compliments all the time. I think its the best cat-back out there, especially for the price. I was also a bit skeptical about the sound at first, having never heard one in person, but i took a chance anyways, and I'm glad I did!

very nice on a stock-low modded car. once you start going LT's, h/c's it sound like *** without modifications. i.e cats, a real muffler, ect.

me and my friend had a big debate over this, better flow or better noise and the loud mouth sounds shitty unless u have cats but still sounds weird, i would much rather lose a few extra ponies and run a cut out instead of giving up that genuine american muscle car sound!

I have the loudmouth on my z28, when i bought my car not even a week later I put the loudmouth on, and every time i start the car it is like music to your ears. It does have a droning noise at low rpms when cruising around, but it isn't bad. I always get compliments on it and I wouldn't change it for anything. But once I get my LT's and cam then we will see how it sounds.
