the 90mm isnt made anymore, u can get the used or some may still have new ones.
the 102mm is designed for the square port heads

LS6 are cheap like 350 now used.

LS2 you would need a MAP ext and you could use it.

I would personally go with a 92mm fast and a Fast 92mm TB ot NW TB

I know I asked this in another thread, and nobody seemed to notice. Is it possible to take an ls6 manifold, and open up the mouth on it for a larger throttle body? Possibly 90mm or so? And would that big of a throttle body even bolt up to an ls6 manifold?

Weiand , BBK, Professional Products typhoon are other options...LS2 and the LS3 wont do much more then your stock intake except for maybe a few hp in the higher rpms , plus there is extra parts needed for them to work...Id get the LS6 before either of those. All the intakes I listed above generally put out around the same hp as the LS6 on a stockish motor, if you can swing the Fast go for it w/ either a P&P stock TB or a matching mm one.

Theres a new 102mm FAST coming for cathedral port heads but it wont clear stock hood. I would go with a ported FAST 92mm combo. Proven and fits your hood. Its what I have and gave me 17rwhp and ok under the curve power like 4500-6400.

Only stock TB size fit on LS6 unless you cut the snout like said in another post but its not worth it. If youre going the LS6 route, go with a ported stock TB.
