Go with the coated pacesetter, or hooker if you dont want to brake the bank. I have kook's and love them but they were not cheap. What ever you do get the ceramic coated unless you like the look of rust.

Also look into (BBK) headers. They also come with the y pipe when you buy the headers.

I like my Pacesetters the sound good and they have good clearance. They are also cheap and come with a Y pipe. Ceramic coat looks good for awhile but in time they look like ****. Stainless steel is the way to go but its whatever you want.

BBK is fairly cheap and they come with a y-pipe. I have a buddy who runs them and he loves them.

I picked up not too long ago and pair of Hooker coated LTs off eBay for $285.

i would say pacesetters or ebay headers for a college student. you also need to factor in other expenses too. off the top of my head

y-pipe
cats
02 extensions
02 sims

optional but recommended things to consider:
new spark plugs and wires
poly motor mounts

I have hookers and like them so far. I did have to remove the steering shaft to get them in. Passenger side slid in w/o a problem. I used a catted Y to quiet it down a little bit..not sure if it worked or not though, lol.

Yeah man, pace setter or hooker for budget. Any of the above mentioned are great. The only ones I think everyone would steer clear from is the pacesetter painted headers. I mean, its basically bare metal.

I payed exactly $798 for Coated Pacesetter Headers/ Texas Speed Y-pipe/ O2 plug and play extensions/ spark plugs/ all accessories to install, and tax/shipping. I'm not sure what anyone is saying about the ceramic coating looking bad after a long time. My headers look incredible, almost like chrome

Im sorry let me say I dont know if all ceramic coated headers look bad over time but my friend has ceramic coated slp's and they look horrible 2 years old and I saw another guy with ceramic coated pacesetters and they looked pretty rough as well. I guess it all depends where you live and how much you drive it in the Rain/snow. But I would take them over painted anyday.

I just got this setup too from TSP. Its a pretty sweet deal. The Pacesetters provide good ground clearance if you're lowered or ever want to lower. I would get them again if I had to do it over again. The TSP catted y (new version) doesn't provide the best ground clearance in the world but its better than their older one provided and is cheaper than having a custom Y fabbed.... atleast from what I personally priced out. But yes, the Pacesetters are sweet for the price you pay.

LPP's are a great deal. They're stainless, and instead of buying a y-pipe, you could just order their true duals
