I just got FLP header kit for christmas. It comes with careamic coated headers, coated y-pipe, highflow cats and off road race pipes so you can easily run it without cats. I havent installed the system yet but it looks great. I have pictures in my signature if you go to my webshots page. hope this helps
Ive had the FLP's on for about 2500 miles with no trouble. I put them on in July and they fit perfect and tuck up nice. They tuck good and ground clearance is enough with the Sportlines. I went with them because of their reputation/complete kit/ and of course which no other company has....removable cats.

I have SLP lt's and don't have any problems at all. Even being lowered everything is cool. They quality headers and still look brand spanking new from every angle. Very pleased with them. In all I spent 850 for headers install kit and race pipes. Good sale back then. If I were to switch... I would go with QTP, its the cool thing to do these days.
For the two above:
On the install all I had was a floor jack and some jack stands. You can get at all the drivers side header bolts from the top as well as the front 3 on the pass side. To undo the farthest back on the pass side just go up from under the car and its pretty easy. Since you have a lift you will have alot less trouble than I did. The hardest parts were getting enough clearance to get the stock stuff out and enough room for the headers to go in. Just slide the headers in from the bottom. Also for the drivers side the drain plug was getting in the way and needed to be removed. I knew this before hand and did a oil change the same day (plan on this). When you first put the bolts in the drivers side you may think it is really close to the drain plug but once it tightens up there is plenty of room. Any thing else feel free to PM me.
Now to the Y pipe. The drivers side hangs a little low and is the lowest point of my exhaust. There is absolutely no banging under load or on takeoff. Fit is great and glad I went this route. Seems they have fixed the problem.
