So I figured out exactly what the half shaft mod actually is. I like the concept, as simple as it is...but will bolting the plate to half the shaft strong enough to hold it? Do I need to worry about the blad fluttering or even the shaft cracking?
Tomorrow I'll be swapping the LS6 intake...porting the TB...doing the bumpstop mod...and the half shaft if I feel comfortable about it. Ya'll let me know what you think.
Thanks!

where exactly should i be looking? lol looks the same as my tb
OHHH, is it that the front of the throttle body doesnt have the shaft anymore? lol
how much does that ACTUALLY help performance![Hijacked!](https://ls1tech.com/forums/images/smilies/myhijacked2.gif)
lol i agree with the OP, i dont think it would be durable enough.... GM designed thing to last, going and messing with their designs, like most any mod is dumb, but it think this just isnt worth it, the ~1fhp you gain is only like .3rwhp
