Do these not go in from the bottom without notching / removing stuff if you have a lift?

Lift or not you will still need to remove stuff. Plus then you wont damage the header.

They go in from the bottom. You will have to remove the same stuff as any other LT header. Starter on the passenger side and steering shaft on drivers both help give you a little more room to get the slid into place.

Those look great! I picked mine and the TSP ORY up from where I ordered it today. They look awesome. I bought the O2 extensions and was wondering if they were both the same length (about 12" long) or is the driver's side supposed to be longer? Mine are both the same but 2 of my friend's had longer extensions from the driver's side.
