Default Jet hot headers/ hooker long tubes

Hey guys,
I was just wondering if anyone have the prices on the jethot longtubes w/ y-pipe? How is the fitment on these as well as quality of headers, y pipe ect? Has anyone had good gains with either the jet hot or hooker Lt's? Thanks guys

I have found jet hot headers for around $500 and $200 for the y pipe. They are a average header. If you have the cash go with kooks or qtp lt's. They are about $1200 for the lt's and y pipe. They are also top notch!!!!

Just found an awesome deal on jet hot headers. Go to ebay and type in ls1 headers you will find them. The guy has 25 sets of them for $495 each and free shipping.

I purchased a pretty similar setup to what your looking to buy. I have the Jet Hot Long Tube Headers, Hooker Y-Pipe, and an SLP Loudmouth. It was a pretty easy install for my buddies and I. Everything clamps right on/in. I didn't get to Dyno my car before those mods, but my car feels and runs good now.

I have a set of Hooker longtubes that were Jet-Hot coated when bought new, I had them on the car for a year and sent them back to Jet-Hot for a re-coat. They are useless to me now that I have turbos. $350 + exact shipping. Email me briocn@bellsouth.net

You have to bring it to a dealer and they can reset the light. You can also reset the light with ls1 edit.

You don't need to take it to the dealer to reset the PCM and clear the SES codes. Just turn the key on, but don't start the car, and pull the PCM BATT and PCM IGN fuses under the hood. Let it sit for about 5 minutes, turn off the key, replace the fuses, and the system is reset - all codes cleared. Only thing about this is the computer will have to relearn the air/fuel curves, so you may lose some power for awhile as it relearns. Also do a search on the idle relearn if you have a cam.

That, or you can take it to Autozone and they will scan/clear the codes for free without the need for the computer to relearn.
