Default Does this look familiar to anyone?

My buddy just got this T/A and it has headers and an ORY, along with a few other things.

I'm just curious what you guys can tell me about these headers, i.e. what 'material' they are, or if someone knows them enough to tell me a brand that would be great. This is the best pic I have for now.

I'm just curious to see if these are worth a crap because honestly the car does not sound very good.

In my completely nonprofessional opinion, they look like stainless steel headers but that's just me. I got coated pacesetters and they don't look like that. Also what kind of catback does he have? That could be more it than anything. I know my loudmouth sounded like crap with longtubes so I switched to a Hooker catback and it sounds great.

I figured they might be stainless, but I have never seen any in person, only coated pacesetters that I helped one of my other buddies install.

Don't know the brand of catback, there is no visible brand on the muffler or anything. It's very raspy.

I would say its probably the catback or ORY thats causing the rasp.

Honestly I would look at the tips. I don't think most people change the tips when buying a catback, and the tips are pretty distinctive between the different catbacks.

No writing on the tips or the muffler. Any ideas?

Checked on Speed Inc's website, maybe a Mufflex exhaust? http://www.speedinc.com/catagory.cfm?catagory=Exhaust It's about halfway down the page.

I dont know, the tips are round similar to magnaflow. I guess as long as the headers aren't crap he can do something else with the cat back anyways.

Definitely cheaper in and easier in most cases to change catbacks lol. I like the Hooker catback myself.

Don't all kooks have a badge or plate that says kooks on them?

Not my car, he sent me the pics. Knowing him he didn't look too hard though. Where would that plate be so I can get him to look?
