hooking up DMH a cut-out with OUT the wire harness?
ok, just bought a DMH cut out used from a friend for a good deal, but he didn't have a wire harness or switch to go with it. I tried emailing DMH Performance to see if I could purchase just the wire harness but no response yet so thinking of going over to the local radioshack and/or auto parts store and rigging one up. My question is, would this work properly (wont damage the function of the motor) and what would be the easiest way to do this? thanks

it has two prongs.
thanks, ill give that a try
grab a rocker switch some test leads and a test light and verify your terminals with a battery for function and wire it in.. too easy

Ok bought a rocker switch and some wire, how would I hook this up? There are two wires coming from the cut out, one black and one white. And there are 3 prongs coming off of the switch, a power, the accessory, and the negative. Sorry, but I suck at wiring things up lol
And if the rocker switch is just a simple on/off switch, how does this open and close the cut out? Thanks again.
