FAST Intakes @ Thunder Racing...THEY'RE HERE!
can you post an a/f curve as well
weird to see such a variance with the mti car??
The other car was a 427 with the 78mm version. It would have liked the 90mm version better I would think.

The good point is I found another one that I'll be getting by the end of this week from my shop!!
EVERYTHING was identical between runs other then the FAST intake, EVERYTHING.

Something is not right here? Do both companies sell these intakes, I would like to see some unbiased back to back numbers.
Also, if the fast intake introduces more air into the car for the stated hp increases, wouldn't one think that the a/f ration would change(leaner) if no changes were made between runs?

No phone call from Thunder yet, looks like I won't be getting one in this batch. Daum, they had my hopes up that I would get one in this batch.
It looks like the stock ported TB does indeed flow more air than the LS6 intake can use, but it probably does not flow enough to support the new LSx intake. Jasons graph does look promising, gains were throughout the whole RPM range ~ More power everywhere!
Anyone From Thunder: Can you comment on the fitment of the intake. Did it seal well?
Anyone from MTI: How big was the cam in the 427 (how high was the peak in the RPM range? Did the intake seal well? Is it possible that the new intake does not breathe all that well up top as it does down low ~ 6000-6500?
