How much are you really going to gain with the 90mm???? Most MAF's are 75mm and Z06 MAF's are 85mm. The biggest intake is only 80mm... It is only going to flow as much as what ever is before it is going to flow. From what I can see, a TSP 80mm lid, 85mm Z06 MAF and a BBK on a 78mm intake slightly ported to 80mm at the opening is going to be about it for a good setup. Please others chime in and prove this wrong...

Awesome numbers, I'll be getting one once I get another daily driver and can go to a bigger h/c that I don't have to drive to school. I guess for now I'll try and pick up a used LS6. Glad to see all is well so far.

Sounds pretty good - really glad I never got around to getting an LS6 version! Now just have to wait untill these can be had on a GP - Ha!
Couple questions - Are they easily paintable? OR Will they be available in colors?
I have a ported stock TB - I would need the 78MM version then - correct?
By the pics - it looks like they have a provision for an EGR setup - correct? I want to be able to keep my EGR in place.
Thanks alot in advance. I haven't ordered from you guys in awhile, but hopefully I will be able to get one of these from you soon!

Well, think of it this way with the 90mm. The opening for the lid is 85mm with no restrictions in it. The 90mm throttle body had the butterfly vavle that takes up some space. The flow should equal out close to a 85mm unrestricted opening. I think the restriction would be the MAF as it is 85mm with the electronics as a restriction.

All of these test were done with a STOCK TB. Only the 90mm intake will not work with a stock TB.
