I was able to get ahold of him the first time I called him. I'd had mine for over three years and while driving one day it sounded like it closed by itself. When I got home and looked under the car, the motor was gone. I didn't hit anything, didn't hear anything. When I called him, he told me to send it in no questions asked. He told me he never refused any warranty work. I truly don't know how it came off, but he didn't care. For all he knows I could be some dumbass who ran over a curb, but he sent it back to me free of charge with a brand new motor. With that one exception, mine has operated flawlessly and is a quality piece. No rattles either.

^ that is why I will always use DMH cut outs. He is the best customer service. He is a stand up guy, wish I had more cars to put them on.

How much leakage, if any, do you guys notice with the DMH e-valve closed?
