Does a pipe like this exist? See pic... 
This would be so amazingly perfect for the rear mufflers I am working on.
The ONLY problem is that it is 2.5" at all sides. I need a version that is either all 3", or even better, 3" middle with 2.5" on the sides. This piece is a Magnaflow and is only offered in 2.5". Does anyone know where or if I might find something similar?

Yes, I am answering my own question in the event that someone is looking for something like it in the future...
No, but it can pretty much be made.
Instead of the $70 Magnaflow piece, go with this $16 piece (Summit)-
Cut and weld in opposite direction (or in this case, use Paint to cut and paste)-
Not quite what I wanted, but much cheaper, and more importantly, it exists!
