I was quoted around 2k for a stainless steel exhaust (custom fabbed)...this looks good, but I don't want the tips (don't like quads) and want Borla mufflers.

kooks 1 7/8 headers and true dual setup ordered without the quad tips. Thanks Maryland speed!!!
Fyi if dont want the quad tips kooks will put the oval tips or the "magnaflow style" tips inplace for no extra charge. They pretty much build them to order anyways.

Has anyone ever got their car on the dyno after switching over to this system? Im curious to the gains over a traditional y-pipe/catback setup especially with FI and H/C/I cars. I watched the thread for awhile but never read the whole thing and I know more and more guys have bought it since the original couple..

Im aware, Im just curious on how much is to be gained on H/C or a Procharger over the y-pipe and catback. One or the other is in my plans for the future. This setup sounds amazing H/C I know, I just want to know if theres enough power gain to justify the cost over my catted-y and borla setup now..

it's excellent! Here is a video I made, the sound quality sucks, but you can get an idea of ground clearance.

Interested in the power difference too. I'm probably going to change my whole exhaust setup after doing H/C/I this year. I like this system but it's a little too quiet. My buddy has it on his camaro with a cam and you can hardly tell it's there.

it must be the catted version then, because mine is very loud. Not sure how you can get any louder, besides removing the bullet mufflers, which are straight through style mufflers, and just running straight pipe.

That sounds amazing, especially when you hit the throttle! Definately can tell a night and day difference between this and a y pipe setup. Can't wait for mines lol!

transws6am in the last vid at 0:38 the exhaust was so loud on the speakers you made my cat **** on the carpet asshat lol. Thanks a ton for the vids cant thank you enough. the clearance is amazing. kooks really spent some time making this exhaust it sound and looks great. I think procharger even recommends 2.5 or bigger true dual exhaust. with headers.

Yeah it's the catted-y, it sounds nothing like yours. Get a clip of that thing revving up!
