Plus I have to drill and tap the holes for the throttle cable. I am doing that tomorrow night and getting everything buttoned up so I will post pictures tomorrow night once i am done.

I also ordered a 4 1/4" to 4" 90 degree elbow for my intake. I decided to get an LS7 MAF and adapter cable because it did not make sense to me to go from a 4 1/4" Throttle body down to a 3.5" MAF. so that will be interesting..
I'm very interested to see how you get the throttle cable setup figured out. I installed the PP 101mm TB on a 96mm Typhoon, only to find that the cable was WAAAY off (more than an inch) from the stock bracket guide and the cable was short, holding the throttle about halfway open! Please post pics

I'm interested in this as well... I'm considering buying a typhoon 96 with a big throttle body, but I'm not sure if I'd be able to keep my cruise. Also, what elbow and maf did you go with?

I am looking at these also, but for mild stroker + turbo. Plastic + boost scares me alittle.

Pro Products was kind enough to send me the new type.

You will want to replace the valley cover bolts with low
profile button head screws.
Can you install the Professional Products manifold using any o-ring design gaskets such as the Victor Reinz MS19430 or do they have to come from Professional Products?

Yes, it's over a year ago . . .

Any answers about being able to use a gasket, other than the ones from Professional Products ?

I ran the 85mm setup for years. Overall the design was terrible, it was heavy as **** along with having several leaking issues. If you don't want to spend the dough on a Fast setup I recommend just running a LS6.

Still have my 85mm, no issues. Do not know about other
gasket sources but since the intake still has to fit stock
heads I'd expect general compatibility. Thickness though
may matter.
