Perfectly normal. The front 02 sensors will allow the A/F ratio to dither around stoich (14.63) in order to keep the cats healthy. Looks like your gauge is mounted post cat because it is showing between 14.7-15.1 ish. This would be because the A/F mix leans out through the cat. Even if it's not mounted post cat, it's fine. It's not unusual for wide band set ups to need a slight tweak in dead band in order to allow for voltage drops between the 02 sensor & gauge.

I was just hoping that I didn't mount the sensor in the correct position in order to get an accurate reading.
