Default Do QTP stainless headers keep there polished look forever?

I am looking at buying some QTP headers and I was wondering if they stay looking as polished as they do new for a long time or not

stainless after a few heat cycles start to change colors. theyll be a light purple in some spots and goldish in others, and still polished looking in other spots. still better than rust though

what rallye said. i have qtp headers on my car, under the car the headers are dirty, between the engine and body they are purple/gold, and under the hood, if you wipe them down, they get some sheen back but not the shine they had when new.

Ok so I know there are alot of threads on here about this but would you go with stainless or ceramic coated headers?
