It won't hurt the car at all, the codes won't effect drivability.

You can purchase what you need directly off our site. Free shipping for plates.

Hope this helps,

I got the plates taken care, of, now I have another issue, the hole in the SLP airlid, anyone know where you can gat a plug for that hole? Also, the thing that has an electrical plug going to it that thte air hoses attach to, what is it, and how do you get the thing outta there? If anyone has a picture of this, please, send it my way. Thanks.

oh i better make my self clearer, I'm getting rid of the air/egr thing and the silinoid in the back of the intake manifold is the one that i am questioning.

I found a good deal on some hooker headers and off-road y-pipe for the 01-02 LS1's ... which have no AIR / EGR provisions. What would I need to do to put them on my car? Would I be better off just using a blockoff plate(s), or removing the entire AIR/EGR system? What is involved in removing those systems and/or are there any good write-ups?

Thanks guys.
