The 90mm Fast Intakes require a different bolt pattern from what I've heard.

Not to mention, the MTI is ~78mm.

This is EXACTLY why i got the 78 mm LSX..mine showed up monday..wasn't going to get one but got a deal on it from a guy that i just couldn't pass up.

I just couldn't justify looking for a 90mm one because of the money i knew it would cost to get the TB setup working.

Why can't you just use a 3/16"-1/4" steel plate as an adapter in the meantime? No sense in just having that purdy intake on the shelf...

Cut a hole in the plate for the stock TB, drill & tap the holes for the bolts (or simply 'stud' them using countersunk bolts from the backside), then drill countersunk (V) holes for the FAST intake, and use the right shaped bolts... Bolt the plate on the intake, then bolt the TB to the plate. Not rocket science...

Yes,you can do the adapter plate, but why waste your time? I have a fully ported 90mm intake waiting for a correct size TB to put on my car for testing.

I would love to know what the hold up is,they had the first ones made 4 months ago!!!!!

My bud is building these 90mm TB's and all I can say is they look great. I only wish I had the $$$$$$$$$ to get this set-up. I got to watch a ulgy piece of alumium turn into a beautiful 90mm TB. Man it was amazing to watch it forming. My buddy has worked long hard hours making these so hopefully you guys will be happy with the finished product.
