If so, and they're maxed out for lift, you may have to use a couple blocks of wood and your Floor Jack in order to get the height that's required.
Once you get the car high enough, quickly, but safely, get the header in place with one or two bolts finger tight. Then put the car back down on the Jack Stands and proceed to finish getting it permanently installed.
Just be ******' careful when you have the car only resting on the Jack/Blocks. Probably be a good idea to have a friend to hand the header to as you slide it in place from below.

I have the car on ramps and a jack with a block of wood on it...this is my problem
The goddamn egr fitting is hitting the frame!
I ordered "race" headers from summit..supposed to be the ones without air and egr and got these!
So I can
A)try putting another block of wood
B)cut egr fitting off..then I have to get it welded..still might not work
C)put exhaust manifold, plugs, wires, starter etc back on then drive it to a lift
