So I guess I'll try filing that down before I unbolt the steering linkage.

Still should have went with the bbks man sorry. But anyway saying that now wont get your headers installed. The good news is that the tab on the engine is a very common thing that headers hit when being installed especially pacesetters you can cut it off with a grinder no problem many people do. If you do a search I'm sure youll find info on it. The other good news is that they dont hit on the passenger side so your frame is probably fine.

are you talking about where the transmission mount is or the exhaust brace that goes under neath the catback. if its the one with the tranny mount then yes, because the tranmission sags when you remove it.

I only have one brace..it goes underneath the mount.

I'm also getting a service light on...I had my pcm tuned when I had the engine put in last year by pcmforless for no cats..I thought they tuned out the rear o2's...I called pcmforless and he said it's probably because it's running lean from the longtubes..I'm going to take a drive up to autozone and see what a scanner says.

Have I mentioned I have a Hooker muffler and tips on my car..and I want to ditch it because I don't even want to hear the word "Hooker" ever again after this unless she's cheap and at least somewhat attractive with good oral skills.

you may have codes 1133 and 1153 which are slow switching codes due to having lts if its these codes dont worry abt it they just need to be tuned out if theyre something else act accordingly to the codes.

The codes were from the rear o2's..I had them delete them but they'll come back on after some driving ? I thought they were tuned out when I had my pcm done but i'm getting the car retuned by a friend.

The x brace is right up against the y pipe and is almost/barely touching it. I guess I could try banging it with a hammer to completely clear it.
