GMMG True duals?
This might of been done before, but I am just goin to ask. Does it seem to much of a hassle to turn this in to a true dual system? I mean, the mufflers are separate. Seems like all i would have to do is run dual 3 in pipes over the axle and connect them to the mufflers? What do you guys think?

I really want to try it, but first I don't know a shop up here that could do duals here in the Kansas City area. Second, it might be hard finding just the mufflers. If I can't, that mean I have to buy the full GMMG exhaust and pay for running duals. I think it would turn out to sound very good.

I just looked at some powerstick mufflers. Are the close to what GMMG mufflers are? They are $25 cheaper. The medium powerstick is 3in In/Out. Body length is 20in and Overall is 25in. Very similar to GMMG. Anybody here these mufflers on an LS1? Give me your thoughts. Thanks

If i'm not mistaken there is a guy on here with a red LT1 camaro that fabbed up some duals into his gmmg and it sounded great. You may be able to search it in the lt1 section and find it. As for the powersticks, no, they are not the exact same as the gmmg muffler. I've had both a gmmg and a set of duals that I ran the meduim length powersticks on. They sound similar in tone but the duals did have a smoother sound to them. The powersticks are more of a true chambered muffler like the sweet thunder, but, the gmmg is more of a chambered bullet style muffler (I know this because I had to cut one up). I posted up a video quite a while ago that had the duals with the powersticks. If you're interested in hearing a set of powersticks, here you go:

As for the gmmg, they are hard to get your hands on but if you check out madhammer's website (madhammer.com I belive), he is the original maker of the exhaust for gmmg. He charges a fair price but they are made to order and you may have to wait a few weeks to get your hands on one. Good luck with whatever it is youre trying to decide to do.

I don't want to get the TSP duals because I have a WS6 and no tailpipe IMO makes the car look weird. I can go to madhammer's website and order just the GMMG mufflers, so I wouldn't need to buy the whole catback and chopped it up.
