Gen VII setup is in the mail also...

Ryan

I'll try to get some flow info today. Also, flow is going to be pretty different as mine will be port matched to my Stage 3 ARE heads.

MSD supposedly makes the setup to run the intake manifold.

I called MSD about it but the guy behind it was already gone for the day.

I PS'd a concept just for a visual, as others have mentioned using your stock setup is possible if you make an elbow... something like this (ignore that this is the edelbrock, it was just for a visual concept, the GM intake is higher flow)...

Hood modification possibly??? (PS'd also)

I think its an outstanding idea, and breaks us all away from the expensive and restrictive LS1 intake design.

if you want the heads flow, it flowed 325 @700 which it will match my cam, however the intake is only 2 to 3 cfm more than the ls6 intake.
i cant judge if the intake is bad or not. most ford guys use it for high rpm cars, i guess i have wait and see when the engine is in the car and then dyno tested

Here is a great quote from the Edelbrock site:

The Performer RPM LS1 manifold allows the use of a carburetor on these originally computer-controlled engines, offering maximum power and a broad torque curve, providing optimum performance from 1500 to 6500 rpm.
There heart is in the right place, that's all that counts!
