Well its not to complicated. Sub frame connectors, lower control arms, pan hard bar, tunnel mount brace, and some sticky tires. Spohn, BMR, UMI, are some good suspension groups, but they are others also just take ur time and ask questions and make the best decision for ur application

i have an 02 z28 a4, i bought a rather low mileage stock 3.42 rear end out of a 99 trans am 6 speed car for $200 and a yank ss3600 stall for $695 shipped and picked up over a second in the quarter mile, i then got my computer tuned by frost and picked up another 2-3 tenths, that was around $160 after shipping they were my biggest gains, headers and ory sound a hell of alot better but didn't give me much in the quarter mile

i would go in this order

Headers/exhaust
Torq converter
Tune
Suspension
Drag radials

I would suggest you do every mod you want to do before you tune the car. If you daily drive the car a tune might be recommended after longtube/exhaust install if your needing to remove EGR or AIR and to correct Air/fuel.

If you want a decent running drag car/ daily driver get a decent nitrous kit 100 shot to use at the drag strip. With a good tune and 100 shot you should be a mid to low 11's street car.

Also add a tranny cooler to the list..once you do a TC with a higher stall your transmission will run at higher temps. an aftermarket cooler will help long the life of your transmission. As you build your car to higher hp your transmission will need to be beefed up.

Hooking up is going to be due to dr's than suspension. Although the stock suspension sucks *** and needs upgrading as well, the stock suspension transfers weight pretty well the main reason for lost traction is going to be the tires.

Op, i'm with a few of the other guys since you already have your lid do your other bolt ons, full exhaust, (gears too will need to be adjusted in the tune) as many as you can or want then get a TUNE, not suspension, your going to be running around with hp you could have unlocked. Then go from there.

depends on how much you have to spend. Being that you are an auto, i would go spend the money wisely and buy a built tranny along with a stall. Then you should be able to find some used longtubes, and catback in the classifieds for cheap.

that's a good point about the trans cooler, rather cheap to buy about 60 bucks or so, i was just giving you the best bang for the buck setup, i ran my car with the 3600 yank and rear end for almost 5 months without a tune and never had a problem not even a check engine light, i can tell you all i have done to my car which isn't that much and i'm in the 11's

i gotta ask, before i suggest mods....are you just doing a full bolt-on set up for now or are you trying for 500 rwhp right off the bat ?

and i'd say skip the 'one mod a month thing'...tuning every month would get too expensive. do several mods at once and then tune for all of it.
