best plugs and wires?

best plugs and wires? I am looking to upgrade my plugs and wires here in early spring and am trying to find out what to go with. I do not have headers yet (keyword is yet) but I am worried about melting the wires so they have to be good at resisting heat. But my question is whats a good plug/wire combination? Preferably a combination that produces a really hot spark for maximum performance, isnt that why we all love our ls1's? Any suggestions from MSD to Nology will suffice, I would like as many opinions as possible.

A sponsor on "the other website" posted a spark plug misfire chart once. It showed Denso Iridium plugs to have the lowest misfire rate (like 1/10 of NGKs). And stay away from platinum plugs. Lots of people like them, but the tips have a tendancy to flake off....not a good thing inside your cylinders! And I like Taylor 10mm wires.

where can I pick up the Denso's and Taylor wires? I would like to get them from the same place. I had denso's in my honda before I realized the errors of my ways and they were great. What kind of a dent in the wallet am I looking at for the Taylor 10mm and denso's?
