It's a pretty cheap setup and the ory looks good in the picture anyway

People will tell you to get longtubes becasue they give more power. I will be going with Mac mids becasue of my ground clearance. You cant go wrong with them but there is nothing wrong with them.

Yeah...I want alittle more performance than stock manifolds offer, with alittle louder/but tame sound.. I just want to inprove my 0-55mph gains....since that's my common dd speed.

There is nothing wrong with them. I think I only gained 1mph in the 1/4 when I switched from Mac's to QTP's (11 second H/C car). I've actually considered putting the Mac's back on the car for the better ground clearance they have vs. the QTP y-pipe. Regardless what exhaust you choose, if you aren't running true duals make sure to add a Flowmaster merge.

just curious but why go with mids? There are many lt's that offer awesome ground clearance even on lowered cars companies like arh, kooks, and bbk come to mind bbk especially if your on a budget. you get a better sound and performance out of them and the bbks will end up being about the same price as the macs.

besides the maybe 10 extra hp I'd get with lts, Mids seem conveinent, easier install, improved performance and sound..The thing is..is I love the way my flow-chokemaster sounds right now..It just needs to be aliiittttllle louder..I think lts will kill it and I'll be getting a new catback...The mids performance wise I really don't care...but I think they'll give me the sound I'm looking for..not too much..but def.enough..

have had lts and macs twice over the past ten years of my bird .
currently making 500+ with my mac mids dumped without an x or h pipe .
lts are cool just hate bottoming out on these hills and driveways and sleeping police men .
lts will get you a bit more torque but so will a 100 or better shot .
cant go wrong either way .
btw dude i got my mac mids from a few years ago at the time held the 346 1/4 mile record just to debunk power or times .
good luck !
