Depending on your setup, there are two or three smaller ones. One goes to the HVAC system, the other goes to the AIR system diverter valve on the driver's side.
Can you get a clearer pic for the second one??

I pulled my intake yesterday for engine removal and those plastic hoses are brittle as hell. broke two of them barely moving them. I know I need the HVAC line, so can I do away with that mess behind the intake and run one line? I am putting in a FAST intake that only has one small connector back there and one for the brake booster.
Sorry to hyjack, I didn't know which went to what either.

The small one goes to the AIR system diverter valve on the driver's side valve cover (The round thing with two larger rubber hoses on it. That plug into the top). That's the hose with the check valve.
The one that goes to the pass side is so you can switch from defrost, leg, top vent and whatever else. They're vacuum operated.

HVAC controls your air conditioning/defrost as stated. Don't know if you have air/egr on your car, but from the looks of the Fast, they were set up not to run air unless you T it off somehow. I am getting rid of it on mine, so I am guessing that all I need to do is run one line from the small fitting on the back of the FAST to control the HVAC system.

^ It doesn't need to be "Designed" to run with the AIR system or not. You can use that stock T at the back of the intake. The fast still has the same exact vacuum port on the back of the intake.
