like i said earlier in the thread im selling all my other toys so i should end up with around $10k to put into it after they sell
but thanks for the info on the bore a stroker is deffinently gonna be in the plans for next winter

My personal experience, I would much rather buy a motor that's done (dollar for dollar on the same motors you'll be pretty close) and spend my time/money on other necessary parts (aka suspension, rear, tranny, etc)

I went through this last year, I was building a 408 and I bought a 402, After all was said and done the 402 was WAY more motor than the 408 I built and cost wise wasn't a significant difference
