Default MAF diameter?

Can anyone tell me if the overall diameter of a 85mm maf is the same as a stock one? Such as where the bellow would go around it. I know 85 is bigger than 75 but Im thinking maybe its just the inside thats bigger thanks.

I just measured both of them with the micrometer. The outside diameter of the 75mm MAF (from a 2000 Vette) measured 3 5/8" and the 85mm MAF (from 2005 Vette) measured 3 7/8". These were measured from the front of the MAF's. Hope this helps.

The bellows goes on the rear of the MAF, can you measure the rear diameter...?

Can you remeasure the front in millimeters, please...?
