AIR delete, just need a little help. Hey all, currently doing a pulley, and figured to do the AIR delete while I'm at it to clear up some space. I tried searching for guides with pictures, but almost all of them on here are bad links/pictures not showing up.

it's pretty straight forward.
-Get some AIR block off plates for the manifolds/headers. (search ebay)
-remove the hoses that you disconnected from the mani/header
-trace them back to the air pump which is driverside in front of the wheel. you will need to remove the plastic air dam underneath to get to it. Either leave it or remove it, your choice
-you will need a tuner of some sort to disable the air system and turn the code off.
-profit

-there is no hose going to the back of the intake when deleting the AIR.
-Made my own block off plates, cut some steel sheet metal, used the old gaskets and put some xtra gasket maker on there.
-All done!

Don't use a bolt. I know there are people that will tell you it works but using a piece of all thread is a much better and safer way.
