Just to clarify for everyone interested. ARP DOES NOT allow any bolts to leave their facility without being stamped ARP. Even when it is a re-box such as with Eagle rod bolts and others.
Also, real quick. I know for a fact ATI is the best you can get. But budget minded me wants to know a real world review on the March 4505 kit (steel fluid dampened) vs BBK 1592 kit. Going on a currently stock LS1 Camaro. Thanks.

haha, well speaking of relabeling, I thought the BBK was a relabeled balancer... ? could be wrong...
