Camaro picks up speed with out any throttle... HELP Camaro picks up speed on its own. It seems like it gets stuck around 1300 RPM / 35 mph after getting off the throttle . When it comes to a light , Im having to stand on the brake to stop the car and the trans is down shift real rough.. Has anybody had this problem?

Something is jammed in the return spring on the TB. Another guy here found a trim screw in the same spot when he had a similar issue.

I was pulling out of a pebble parking lot at a sushi place when it started accelerating uncontrollably, so I burned my clutch from the fast lane to a side street and tried to diagnose the problem.
When I found the problem, I facepalmed and thought the exact same thing.
