First, I'd recommend the TSP ypipe for Pacesetter longtubes over the Pacesetter one. TSP's new design is a million times better than the PS garbage, and has a high flow merge on it already. It's also the same price as the PS ypipe.
As for exhaust. If you're going with no cats, I'd definitely get some sort of chambered system. Do not get a wide open set up because it will be disgusting loud, unless that's what you want. I've always recommended the Hooker catback for years due to the cheap price, excellent sound and great air flow. If their quality control has gotten back in check, that would be the best option without cats.

around 500-600 is probably what i will have left to spend after headers and Y pipe. And i appreciate it Damian ive read a lot of things about the TSP Y pipe not fitting good for some people, maybe it was the old design?

Magnaflow pt#15684 (around $520) this isn't quiet, but it is one of your quietest options and it'll still sound good later down the road if you put a cam in it.
The SLP LM2 pt#31043(around $430) is a good option if you want it somewhat loud, and you can always upgrade it later with the SLP PowerFlo rear kit pt#31086 (about $300) if you want to tone it down a good bit. If you can afford it now the SLP PowerFlo cat-back system #pt 31085 (around $650)is really good, louder than the Magnaflow but quieter than the LM2. If you want it with dual tips per side then pt# 31083

I want it loud and to sound mean. Not like super loud but I want it to be herd pretty well! But ive had a lot of people tell me Magnaflow and a lot of people tell me SLP LM2. So im kinda torn between the two.

I have the loudmouth 1 with long tubes and a catted y pipe. Its loud with a very raw tone. I love it but its not for everyone. Without the cats its alot louder but there is no tone. Its pretty much all rasp at full throttle and alot of poping when you let off. WOT is nascar like loud.

On the tsp y pipe...mine was fine and I might still have a couple pics if you want.
On the catback...I like borla the best. Had a magnaflow on my 98z and I did like it but the borla takes it.
As for the cats...I have always ran an ory on all my cars and I really dont think its that loud. Maybe louder but not crazy.

SO LT's Pacesetter with TSP Y with LM2 think that would sound mean enough for me? I kinda like a little rasp but not so much the poping, should i go with LM1?

Yeah if you're going to be running cats lm1 would be fine. The setup in my sig is pretty quiet at idle and driving around but wot is loud.
